CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The closing date is November 9, 2007.

Entitled to participate are all European students of architecture, interior design, design and adjoining disciplines, who have successfully completed their basic studies, as well as graduates with their final degree having been passed no longer than two years ago (no more than two years having passed since the completion of a course of study).

The submitted documents must be relatable to the motto “work meet and move”.

The jury narrows down the choice of documents and project description to be submitted until November 9, 2007. The jury decides as the only instance and selects 15 projects.

The 15 selected candidates will then form the master class, which will take place as a winter camp in Arnsberg from December 6 to 9, 2007. No costs will incur for the participants of the master class.

The participant affirm that he/she is the sole author of the projected submitted for the LUX FUTURA award. The registration of industrial property rights (patents, utility patents and design patents) resides with the participants at their own expense. The participant affirms that the contribution submitted for the LUX FUTURA award does not trench upon third-party industrial property rights. The liability of the organiser for a possible violation of third-party industrial property rights is explicitly eliminated. Rights for a possible realisation must not be assigned to a third party at the time of submission.
In case of an insufficient number of participants the organiser reserves the right to cancel the competition.

The participant has read the conditions of participation of the LUX FUTURA award and expressively agrees with these conditions as well as any other points.

There is no right of appeal. The participation in the competition is free of charge.
