COPYRIGHT
1. Intellectual Property
The participants remain in full possession of their intellectual property
(copyright).
2. Publication
The participants authorise Trilux to publish the competition results
for public relations purposes on the condition that every publication
names the participant who has developed the design. This right is free
of charge.
3. Commercial Utilisation
If Trilux contemplates the commercial utilisation of one or several
proposals, Trilux will reach an utilisation agreement with the person
concerned.
4. Time Limit
Trilux has the right to commercially utilise each of the proposals on
the condition that Trilux informs the participant in writing within
six months after the competition/master class that they contemplate
utilising a proposal.
In the event that no agreement has been entered between the participant
and Trilux within twelve months after the ending of the competition/master
class, the participant is free to offer his design to third parties
after conveying a corresponding message to Trilux.
5. Secrecy
In order to avoid any obstruction of commercialisation or the filing
of protective right, every participant must keep all information on
the proposals of any other participant a secret at least as long as
this information has been published otherwise.
