1. Intellectual Property
The participants remain in full possession of their intellectual property (copyright).

2. Publication
The participants authorise Trilux to publish the competition results for public relations purposes on the condition that every publication names the participant who has developed the design. This right is free of charge.

3. Commercial Utilisation
If Trilux contemplates the commercial utilisation of one or several proposals, Trilux will reach an utilisation agreement with the person concerned.

4. Time Limit
Trilux has the right to commercially utilise each of the proposals on the condition that Trilux informs the participant in writing within six months after the competition/master class that they contemplate utilising a proposal.
In the event that no agreement has been entered between the participant and Trilux within twelve months after the ending of the competition/master class, the participant is free to offer his design to third parties after conveying a corresponding message to Trilux.

5. Secrecy
In order to avoid any obstruction of commercialisation or the filing of protective right, every participant must keep all information on the proposals of any other participant a secret at least as long as this information has been published otherwise.
